Day 20....
Breakfast: shake
Snack: cashews
Lunch: 2/3 of a burrito bowl at chipotle
Snack and Supper: kind of ran together....we went to Trader Joe's and bought all kinds of fun things to try...nuts, dried fruits, chicken sausages and some chips....I tried a little of everything, but to the best of my knowledge it all fell under the eating guidelines, just probably a little too much.
I can't believe it's down to only 5 days!
