Spark/MNS Color Pack
Breakfast: Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake (added ice & water and put it in the blender)
Snack: missed it again
30 minutes before lunch: MNS Color Pack
Lunch: MNS White Packs (both) & zucchini, rotisserie chicken, and no sugar added pasta sauce
Snack: a nibble of watermelon, a hard boiled egg, a peach
Omega Plex
Supper: Kale Summer Salad I'm just always a few days behind.
Snack: none
I just got to Austin to say with the sister. Short post. Nothing special. The kale salad was delicious. The bf grows kale in his garden so this will probably be a reoccurring meal!
