Losing steam....Only Day 16


Day 15
Spark/MNS pack
Breakfast: Chocolate Shake
Snack: none
30 minutes before Lunch: MNS pack
Lunch: MNS shredded lettuce, salsa/guac, chicken breast, corn tortilla crumbled on top
Snack: peach and pistachios

Supper: rice noodles, pasta, chicken meatballs


Day 16:Spark/MNS pack
Breakfast: Chocolate Shake
Snack: none
30 minutes before Lunch: MNS pack
Lunch: MNS pack with chicken breast mixed with guac on Ezekiel bread
Snack: apple and almond butte

Supper: Ezekiel bread, almond butter w/ banana
 
Back to school has been frustrating. Today I didn't eat snack until 7:00. I had supper at 9. I'm exhausted and ready for bed. I forgot my omegaplex, I can't seem to get those pills in 30 minutes before lunch and it usually results in my taking both sets about the same time. I got another new student..I'm up to 26. I could really use a glass of wine. Or a girls night with the new teachers at my school. Or motivation to make supper...or time to get home before 9. I'm eating clean, but probably not enough food. Ugh. And now...at 10:20...my stomach is growling.
